PRE-REGISTRATION

Golfers will receive an email confirmation the week of 9/14 with their course and hole assignments. They can also preregister a credit card to purchase mulligans, fun holes, raffle tickets, and auction items at the event in advance here.

SCHEDULE

18-hole golf scramble with cart. Course pre-assigned.

7:30–8:30AM

Individually packaged continental breakfast

• Pro Shop (East Course)
• By the practice green (West Course)
• Club House (Stoatin Brae)

Golfers may head straight to their carts with course and hole assignment information from their unique confirmation email.

9AM

Shot-gun start

10AM–1PM

Hot box lunch served at the turn (1st hole on East Course and Stoatin Brae, 10th hole on West Course. Stop and eat or grab and golf.

ENTERTAINMENT AND FUN HOLES

Silent auction online; 50/50 raffle ($100 tickets); mulligans; betting holes; closest to the pin; longest drive, men & women

GOLF ATTIRE

Collared shirts preferred; masks required (more details below)

Social Distancing:

In accordance with the Governor’s directive, masks will be required at check-in, whenever you are indoors, and during meal pick up. Masks are not required while you’re on the course or in your cart. Please maintain 6’ of distance from others whenever possible and refrain from celebrating with fist bumps/high fives.
