Any credit card you wish to use to make purchases will need to be swiped by Big Brothers Big Sisters staff at check-in or check-out. To make check-in faster, you can enter your card information below, and it will be stored for use at the event! We will not be asking you to write down your credit card information.
Make sure to check the box at the bottom of this page to give BBBS permission to store your information until event night.
All credit card purchases of raffle tickets and silent or live-auction items will be charged after the event, in one transaction (just like a hotel)! As always, you'll receive a receipt or gift acknowledgement post-event.
Also again this year, you'll be able to bid on silent auction items with your smart phone. After you check-in with a Big Brothers Big Sisters staff member, you'll receive a text message with a link to auction bidding. You will be able to bid electronically for silent auction items throughout the evening and easily pay for your raffle tickets and any live auction items you win. Make sure to share your cellphone number below!
Don't have a smart phone? Don't worry. Event volunteers will circulate around silent auction items helping you bid (and hopefully win!).
